Measurement.  Place a ribbon or string around pet's neck and measure that. It should be comfortably tight. 

Washing Instructions.  Wipe it with clean wet towel gently and slowly. For tough stains, engage professional dry-cleaning service in laundry. Do not soak in water to avoid fading. Stick to care label above.
